Good product, happy with the service

Ordering equipment online is tricky, but I was happy with the purchase from All volleyball. I had a few questions about it and they answered fast. I shipped pretty fast but I didn't get the tracking number right away. I've had MUCH worse experience order locally from reps that don't know their stuff or from other online vendors. Since my order I've purchased several other pieces of equipment and all have been good!

Excellent, high quality product!

POSITIVES: Sturdy and goes together as it should. Nothing feels cheap, so even though it's expensive, you get what you pay for. I've seen some heavy referees mount the ladder and platform without being worried that they might complain about the integrity of the product.
NEGATIVES: Not much, just that it is an awkwardly large box when the arrives at your door. Also, expect the padded cushions by the wheels to constantly rub against the wheels as you move the item from one spot to another.

Well...

This item ships directly from Blazer. It seemed to have taken way too long for it to ship out. AVB wasn't able to give me tracking information even though it was shipped. I called twice and both time AVB told me they would check into and get back with me. I got impatient and called Blazer. They were able to tell me where it was and an approximate delivery date. AVB did eventually get back with me but it was after the 2nd call. The stand was bent in shipping, but Blazer will be sending another to replace it. I'll update my review once we get one we can use.

Excessive $400 shipping fee.

I gave an excellent 5-star review for the stand that goes with it but the shipping expense is excessive. The shipping fee is 67% the cost of the product!!! I think it has to do with the size of the box/product that it had to come on a semi-truck instead of a standard UPS/FedEx truck.

Hi Rob - You're exactly right....the size, dimensions, and overall weight make it necessary to ship freight, which can be expensive. In this case we try to keep the product cost lower to provide more saving, but I understand that it seems excessive. We work hard at providing the most value possible so we're defintently taking your feedback serioulsy. We'll be working towards understanding how to manage these costs better in the future.
