Team & Spirit Stores

A Team and Spirit store has both your required team items AND spirit wear available for purchase.  These stores can also be split to just a Team Store or Spirit Store only depending on how your team or club places their orders with us.  However, we see the most success with combining both the required team pieces and the spirit wear items for a hassle free, one stop shop for the families.

Your required team pieces will be determined with your Account Manager and can include jerseys, spandex, backpacks etc. The Spirit Wear items are preselected, however if you have a special request or a specific brand you want to add to your store please let us know!

We typically recommend keeping the store open for 5-7 business days. From there we will close the store to start processing the required team items, do a quick refresh of the spirit wear items and then reopen so families can continue ordering spirit wear items. 

All required team pieces will ship within 25 business days after the store closes.  All spirit wear marked with a purple “Quick Ship” banner will ship in 5-7 business days from the day the order is placed.  All orders with Team and Spirit wear items will ship in two separate shipments.

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation that will have a link to ‘View Order Status”.  You will need your 10 digit order number and the email address used to  place the order.  From there you will be able to check the status of your order.

Yes! We encourage you to add fundraising for your organization.  You can add any dollar amount to the items in the store and the amount raised can either be used as a credit for a future order or we can mail a check for the amount fundraised.

Spirit wear items will be paid for by the families using a credit card at checkout.  The required team items can either be paid for in the store via credit card OR the club can be billed for those items separately.

Store set up takes 1-2 business days.

A max of two logos can be used for print and 1 logo for items being embroidered.

Any item that is not decorated is eligible for return or exchange.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are decorated or custom made.  However, if there is an issue with your items, please reach out to us so we can find the best solution for you.
