Ultra Zoom Ankle Brace

Great brace but only 4 stars because my daughter didn't have the right kind of shoes to wear with it. Look at the recommended shoes before buying.

This is my second purchase of Active Ankle T2 braces. I should have replaced my first pair probably a few years ago - they continued to work for me even though super well! These new ones fit great and have continued to protect my ankles while playing indoor volleyball.

These seem to have a lot of uncomfortable plastic, but first hand they prevent sprains and do not restrict approach or block jumps. My daughter loves them. Way more comfortable and less restrictive than lace ups or braces with a bunch of velcro criss-cross strapping. Way more effective at preventing sprains when you land on someone's foot than flimsy neoprene sleeves.

Other ankle braces I looked at where very bulky and complicated to put on. This one is simple, comfortable, and stays in place. Great support. I never worry about turning my ankle on very rugged terrain.

I'm an aerobics instructor and have very weak ankles. I twist it periodically and this is the best brace I've ever had. I wear it during class and have full movement with the brace on. It gives me the peace of mind I need when teaching my class. I use it when I go hiking as well.
