Returns must be sent back within 30 days of the order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youāll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We partner with Redo for a great return and exchange experience. Redo is an optional add-on at checkout that provides both free return shipping and package protection for your order. By purchasing Redo with your order, you will receive: Free Return Shipping ā If you need to return an item for an exchange, refund, or store credit, your return shipping label is covered.Ā Package Protection ā If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim, and upon approval, receive a same-item replacement at no extra cost
If you did not purchase Redo, you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Notifications of mis-shipments or damaged items must be made within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds
We will notify you once weāve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, youāll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember, it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Items returned after 30 days will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Items returned that cannot be resold as new will be charged a 75% restocking fee. Sublimated, custom, special-order, final sale, clearance, mystery and decorated (printing or embroidery) items are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Equipment returns may be subjected to additional handling and freight fees, as well as restocking fees. Shipping and handling charges are not eligible for refunds except in special circumstances determined by Customer Service.
