The ball has a great weight, that is both comfortable to set but noticeably heftier than a standard game ball. After repeated drills the weight just fades into normalcy, making it effortless to pick up and practice with. Just remember to switch off to a standard before game time to readjust. Highly recommend for setters looking to both improve form and mechanics.
