STOCKED ITEMS Approximately 97% of all of our stocked items ship the same business day before 1pm CST and are delivered in 1-3 business days. You will be notified via email within 1 business day if there is any expected delay in shipping your order by the time promised.

NON-STOCKED ITEMS In order to get your order to you the quickest way possible, we may ship your items directly from our manufacturers. These items typically take 3-5 business days to process and ship out of the warehouse. Average delivery time is 1-3 business days AFTER the items leave the warehouse.

MANUFACTURER DELAYS We have strong relationships with our manufacturers and stay up-to-date with processing issues or delays at their warehouses. Please see the current status of our manufacturers' processing timelines:

  • On Time. Ships in 3-5 business days

  • Slowed. Ships in 5+ business days
  • adidas, ASICS, Wilson, Baden, Tandem

  • Delayed. Orders delayed 10+ business days
