Can I change or remove a product in the Team Package?
Yes, you can customize a team package to fit any of your team's uniform needs. However, the price will adjust based on which items are selected for that package. Request a Quote today and have our team experts assist you with creating a custom team package.
Which other colors are offered in a team package?
To find all the colors a product in your team package comes in, you will have to navigate to that product's page. Search for the product's name in the search bar and click on the product page. Below pricing, you will see all the color options available for that product.
Turn Around Times
How long does it take to receive a personalized order?
Generally, your personalized order will be shipped between 12-15 business days. This number can fluctuate based on certain conditions.
Embroidered gear will normally ship in 15 business days.
Printed gear will normally ship in 10 business days.
Sublimated gear from CustomFuze will ship in 12 or 17 business days.
Sublimated gear from other major brands will ship in 6 to 8 weeks.
Blank items will normally take 3 to 5 business days to process with the manufacturer plus shipping time.
Can I rush an order?
This all depends on which brand you have ordered and the type of personalization you need. The quickest an order can be turned around is 7 business days (with printing). Please note that the customer may need to pay a 25% rush fee and overnight shipping costs in order to guarantee delivery for a specific date.

How much does it cost to personalize my order?
We have detailed out personalization costs in our personalization costs and details guide page.
For sublimation, all personalization costs are included in the total price of the jersey.
For CustomFuze sublimation, you will need to add $5.25 for a player name. There are also additional costs associated with using custom colors and designs. For more information, contact our team experts.
How does Team Pricing work?
If you are ordering more than 24 team packages, you will receive our best pricing for each product in your package.
If you are ordering 9-23 team packages, you will receive our 24+ quantity discount pricing for each product in your package.
Team package pricing does not include personalization cost, unless you are ordering sublimated jerseys. Personalization costs are rolled into the price of sublimated jerseys.
Can I guarantee there will be enough inventory available when I'm ready to place my order?
Any CustomFuze products have guaranteed availability. If you are ordering any other brand, inventory cannot be guaranteed because we use the manufacturer as an extended warehouse.
However, we have created the Game Day Guarantee which secures your inventory with a down payment.
When will the product be available again?
The product in question may be discountinued by the manufacturer, meaning the manufacturer is no longer producing that item.
The product could also be on back order. If an item is on back order, the manufacturer will provide a date they expect to refill their inventory. This is not a guaranteed date and can be pushed back. As soon as the inventory is back in stock, the manufacturer will send the product out in the next 1-3 business days.
Can I place an order and wait for the back ordered items?
Yes, you can. You can work with one of our team experts to set this up. If you have questions, be sure to contact us.
Placing Your Order
I have everything ready to go. How do I place my order?
You can place your order through the website by adding your desired items to your cart and checking out.
You can also email over an organized spreadsheet and work with a team expert to get your order placed.
How do I add personalization to my order through the website?
Using our online personalization tool is easy. Just go to our personalization help page to get started.
How do I know the order I submit through the website will match my quote?
A team expert will review your order with you once it is fully placed. During this process, pricing, quantities and personalization will all be reviewed to help ensure your order is correct.
You can place the order through the website with a Purchase Order. This will not capture any initial payment, but will ensure a team expert will contact you to review the order before collecting payment.
Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?
Once your order is reviewed and final approval is given, changes can no longer be made to the order.
