Pink Power Smoothie

PINK POWER SMOOTHIE

yield: 1 LARGE SMOOTHIE

prep time: 10 MINUTES

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 medium beet, peeled, steamed, and roughly chopped

• 1/2 avocado, pitted

• 1 cup strawberries (frozen are better)

• 1 lemon, juiced

• 2 celery stalks, chopped

• 1 tablespoon coconut oil

• 1 apple, peeled, cored, and sliced (optional)

• 1 cup coconut water or regular water

• 1 cup ice

• honey or agave nectar to sweeten (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Enjoy!
