If you want to keep up your endurance during those long rallies, or just want a way to exercise or stay in shape, a Jump Rope is a great place to start. Jumping rope is one of those workouts that can target your whole body. Plus, jumping rope gives you a great cardio session. This is a quality rope that can last you whether at the gym, in your home, or even outside.
It has an adjustable length rope which means that it can fit any size player. I am sure those who may be a bit shorter can get annoyed having to use a rope that is just too long for you. This solves that problem! With training being so crucial, the SKLZ Trainor Mat is a great item to pick up. Not only is a great mat to exercise on, but it gives you 24 exercises to do while including proper form as well. If the goal is to build muscle strength, tone up, or develop speed and agility, I would definitely pick up the mat. If you are looking to improve your vertical, which it seems every volleyball player is, the SKLZ Hopz 2.0 is your best way to do that at home. It uses a resistance band system between your hips and legs and make you push your way through the resistance to jump up. This in turn strengthens your core, legs, and improves your vertical.
