Are you looking to return an item? Returning an item is very simple. All you need to do is fill out the packing slip that we sent you in the original package. Then, send that slip back to us and we'll give you a refund. If you'd like, you can request a prepaid label on our website for $6.95, or you can use the carrier of your choice.
Need to exchange an item? We will give you a free-shipping promo code so you can order a different product on our website. You can also send the original item back for a full refund. You can either send the item back via your particular carrier of choice, or you can request a prepaid return level for $6.95 from our shipping page. When will my item be shipped?
Our customers often ask us when an item will be shipped. If you order a stocked item, then that item will be shipped on the same business day that the order was placed (as long as it took place before 1 pm CST). Standard shipping usually takes about 1-4 business days. However, a non-stocked item can take 3 to 5 days to process and an additional 1 to 4 days for transit. How long does it take to ship custom items like jerseys with printing?
AllVolleyball.com serves as a one-stop shop for all of your volleyball needs, as we carry a wide array of gear ranging from kneepads to jerseys. If you happen to order jerseys with printing from us, then you can expect those jerseys to arrive 10 to 15 days following the date that the order was placed. This timeframe can change so please contact Team Sales for more information.
