What Happens After You Place Your Order

Here's exactly what happens after checkout — from order review to shipping and delivery.

How your order works

  • Order Placed

    You receive an order confirmation email and our system begins preparing your order.

  • Order Review

    Our team reviews the order. If we have questions we contact you within one business day.

  • Processing

    Items are fulfilled either from our warehouse or shipped directly from our vendor partners.

  • Shipment & Tracking

    Tracking information is automatically emailed once your order ships.

In-stock items

  • Orders placed before 1pm CST Monday–Friday ship the same business day
  • Orders placed after 1pm ship the next business day
  • Tracking information is emailed once the order ships

Vendor Shipped Items

(Ships from our vendor's warehouse)

  • Orders placed before 1pm CST are sent to the vendor the same day
  • Orders placed after 1pm CST are sent the next business day
  • Vendors typically take 3–5 business days to prepare the shipment
  • Tracking is emailed once the item ships

Custom & Decorated ORders

  • PROOF APPROVAL

    You receive a proof of your design before production begins.

  • PRODUCTION

    Once approved, production begins. Standard production time is 12–15 business days.

  • Important

    Production time begins after proof approval, not at checkout.

Why Orders Sometimes Ship Separately

If your order includes items from different locations such as warehouse items, vendor shipped products, or decorated products, they may ship separately.

  • Items may arrive in multiple packages

  • Each shipment will have its own tracking number

  • This allows available items to arrive faster

Finding Your Tracking Information

Tracking is automatically emailed once an item ships.Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update after creation.

Why hasn't my tracking updated yet?

Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update after your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact our support team.

Why did my order ship in multiple packages?

Orders may ship in multiple packages if items are located in different warehouses or if certain items require special handling. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

How long does vendor shipping take?

Vendor-shipped items typically take 5-10 business days to arrive. Processing time may vary depending on the vendor's location and current inventory levels.
