Shipping & Returns

The shipping carriers that may be used are FedEx and United States Postal Service (USPS).

The map above is a general representation of transit times for FedEx Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations.

FedEx Ground and Express business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

USPS Ground delivery days are Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays). USPS Express delivery days are Monday through Saturday. SHIPPING RATES (rates subject to change)

NOTE:
1) All in stock orders will be shipped the next business day (Monday-Friday only). We will notify you via email or phone if there is any expected delay.

2) Standard shipping is estimated at three to five days from the time your order leaves the warehouse.

3) Shipping days are business days, no holidays or weekends.

4) We are happy to ship to Puerto Rico and Canada. Please visit our Canadian Shopping page for products, rates and additional information.

5) All orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be shipped USPS. In some cases 2-Day or Overnight service is not available.

6) FedEx and USPS do not count the departure date as a transit day.

7) Extra shipping charges may apply to overweight packages.You will be notified via email or phone before your package is shipped.

8) Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipping outside the contiguous 48 states.

9) We reserve the right to change shipping charges at any time.

10) Backordered items will ship at a later date. We will email with an estimated ship date, but please be aware that backorder dates are approximate and are subject to change.

11) All backorders that remain after original shipments are shipped by standard ground service without any additional shipping charges.

12) Please note that some product pages indicate that the item "Requires 7-10 business days for delivery" and may be shipped separately from your original order.

13) If stated, “Requires 7-10 business days for delivery”, as stated on some product pages, please note that if Express Shipping is selected your order will be shipped Express when the order is fully processed and leaves the manufacturer or our warehouse.

14) Under normal circumstances we do not require a signature, but we reserve the right to do so at our discretion. If a customer wishes to have a signature confirmation it is their responsibility to contact us before their package is processed and shipped. All Volleyball, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

15) Asics products are for shipment in the US only.

16) Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. Orders being shipped to Missouri will be charged 6.9425% sales tax. However, if we ship your order directly from the manufacturer you may be charged additional tax if applicable.

17) Some items if returned or exchanged may be subject to a restocking fee.

18) All shortages, mis-shipments and order discrepancies need to be claimed within 10 days of delivery.

19) If your package is returned to us by the carrier due to the package being refused or an incorrect/invalid address, you are responsible for reshipping charges or a 25% restocking fee if not reshipped.


Returns & Exchanges


We are happy to accept returned merchandise that is new, unused and contains all the original product packaging within 90 days of purchase. When returning an item please fill out the form included in the original shipment and enclose it with your original purchase. We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the items; this does not include the shipping. Processing time for returns may take up to 14 days. If the return is because of a defective product or because we made an error in shipping we will be responsible for all the shipping charges. Otherwise, you will be responsible for sending the return items back to us and all the applicable shipping charges.

If you are exchanging an item please fill out the packing slip included in the original order. If we sent your order directly from the manufacturer or you don’t have the packing slip simply print out your Order Confirmation email and write which product you are returning and the exchange item you would like. Once we receive and inspect your item(s) we will ship your exchange to you free of charge. Free exchange shipping is for standard ground service. If the exchange item you’re requesting is unavailable we will contact you via email or phone. In the event you need to exchange a product and need the new item immediately please re-order the product online. We will process your order the next business day (excludes weekends or holidays and subject to availability). Send us back the original merchandise and we will refund your credit card the purchase price of your item(s) once we receive and inspect.

If you are returning shoes please be sure to send them back in a shipping box. All orders that are returned with only the shoe box will be refused.

Custom orders are non returnable. Custom orders would include any orders that have had any number, letter, logos or team printing applied.
