Shipping policy

Free Standard Shipping on orders $100+

Shipping carriers that may be used are UPS, FedEx and United States Postal Service (USPS).


The map below is a general representation of transit times for Ground shipments to commercial destinations. In limited areas, transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations.

Shipping Details
1) Free shipping is to the contiguous 48 states only.

2) "Stocked" items are items that ship from our main warehouse in St. Louis, MO. These items will ship the same day if the order is placed before 1pm CST Monday-Friday. Orders with "stocked" items placed after 1pm CST or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.

3) "Non-stocked" items or items that say "Leaves warehouse in 3-5 business days" will ship directly from the manufacturer to you. This is also known as "drop shipping". If you need a "non-stocked" item quicker, please contact us. Non-stocked items cannot ship outside the 48 mainland United States.

4) If you have both "stocked" and "non-stocked" items on your order, we will ship the "stocked" items that day (if order is placed before 1pm CST M-F). The "non-stocked" items will arrive separately at no extra cost for shipping.

5) Choosing Express Shipping for "non-stocked" items will not speed up the 3-5 business days in processing. It will only speed up the shipping time once the 3-5 business day timeframe has passed.

6) Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipping outside the contiguous 48 states.

7) Backorder dates are approximate and are subject to change.

8) ASICS products cannot have a final destination of an international address. If ASICS products are ordered to ship internationally, those products will be removed from the order and the customer will not be charged.

9) Duties or taxes are not included for Canadian customers.

10) Orders shipping to a freight forwarding company will be canceled, unless paid with PayPal.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, you'll need to reach out to our customer service department during our normal business hours. You can contact us through chat, phone, or email to complete this request. Please note, if your order has already been picked, packed, or shipped we will not be able to complete your request. If you weren't able to reach us within the cancellation window you can still return your order for a full refund!

Due to our fraud prevention software, some orders may be cancelled by All Volleyball even after you have received a confirmation email. A notification of the cancellation will be sent via email in these circumstances. If your order has been cancelled, please reach out to our customer service department at service@allvolleyball.com for further assistance.
